Anytime Touchdown Scorer Pick for NFL Wild Card Sunday

After two fun first games during NFL Wild Card Weekend, we now have three games to look forward to today.

What better way to take advantage of Wild Card Sunday than by placing a few touchdown bets? Anytime goalscorer bets are some of the easiest and most entertaining bets you can place. All you need to win your bet is for your player to find the end zone. They score six points, you cash in your bet.

Here are my three favorite touchdown scorer bets for today’s action. All odds quoted are via WynnBET.

Boston Scott +120 vs. Buccaneers

Believe it or not, Boston Scott has been the top-grossing touchdown scorer this season. If you bet on him to score a touchdown in every game this season, you’d be ahead by more than 13 units.

Let’s take this train one more time today. He’s scored three times in the last two games, and if the Eagles are to beat the Bucs, managing football effectively should be their top priority. In fact, no team runs the ball more than the Eagles, so betting on one of their running backs to find the end zone seems like a great bet to make.

Kyle Juszczyk +700 vs. Cowboys

Kyle Juszczyk is one of my favorite players to bet on to find the end zone. The 49ers fullback/gadget has become one of Kyle Shanahan’s favorite players to target near the end zone, especially on match-fixing plays. The 49ers will have to pull out all the stops today to upset the Cowboys, so I expect Shanahan to turn to one of his favorite unconventional weapons as they get closer to the goal line.

At +700 (bet $100 to win $700), it’s worth it if you’re looking for a big win.

Derrick Gore +200 vs. Steelers

All signs point to the Chiefs knocking out the Steelers in the final game on today’s slate. If they do, expect them to start getting game time for their second-half substitutes to keep their starters healthy. That’s when Derrick Gore, the Chiefs’ third running back, will have time to shine.

In the Week 16 meeting between these teams, Gore had 12 carries for 43 rushing yards and 3 receptions for 61 receiving yards. I expect a repeat performance today against the same team, especially since the Steelers have the worst running defense in the NFL.
