Dendro 4’s featured character, Collei, is set to release on Genshin Impact 3.0. Read on for his abilities, talents, constellations, and materials.

Ascent
To fully raise Collei from level 1 to level 90, here is the full list of materials you need to farm. Note that you cannot pre-mine most of them except Ranged Hilichurl drops, Mora and EXP materials as they are exclusive to Sumeru.

Collei Abilities and Talents
Normal Attack: Supplicant’s Archer

- Perform up to 4 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack
- Perform a more accurate aimed shot with increased DMG.
- While aiming, Dendro’s energy will accumulate on the arrowhead. A fully charged arrow will inflict Dendro DMG.
Diving attack
- Fires a shower of arrows into the air before falling and hitting the ground, inflicting AoE DMG on impact.
A fully charged aimed shot can deal 124% to 294.5% ATK, from talent level 1 to 15.
Elemental Skill: Floral Brush
Throws a floral ring that inflicts 1 instance of Dendro DMG on targets it comes in contact with.
The floral ring will return after a while, again inflicting Dendro DMG.
It’s Collei’s go-to gadget for dealing with unruly wild beasts. A few good hits of this tool will usually improve their behavior. This same principle works equally well on wrongdoers.
Skill damage increases from 151.2% to 359.1% ATK from levels 1-15. Cooldown is 12 seconds.
Elemental Burst: Trump-Card Kitty
The faithful Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day!
Throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that inflicts AoE Dendro DMG, creating a Cuilein-Anbar area. Cuilein-Anbar will bounce around this area, inflicting AoE Dendro DMG.

The initial burst deals from 201.82% to 479.33% while the rebounds each deal from 43.25% to 102.71% ATK, from talent level 1 to 15.
Cuilein-Anbar area duration is 6 seconds and burst cooldown is 15 seconds. It costs 60 energy to cast.
Passive: Floral Sidewind
If any of your party members triggered Burn, Accelerate, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Bud reactions before the Floral Ring returns, they will grant the character the Sprout effect on return, which will continuously inflict Dendro DMG equal to 40% of Collei’s ATK to nearby opponents for 3s.
If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.
Passive: The Languid Wood
When a character in the Cuilein-Anbar area triggers Burn, Accelerate, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Bud reactions, the duration of the area will be increased by 1 second.
A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended up to 3s.
Passive: Sumeru Glider Champion
Decreases glide stamina consumption for your party members by 20%.
Not stackable with passive talents that provide the exact same effects.
Constellations of Collei
Deep Woods Patrol
- While in the party and not on the field, Collei’s energy recharge is increased by 20%.
Through hill and grove
- The Passive Talent Floral Sidewinder is replaced by this:
The Floral Ring will grant the character the Floral Sidewinder Sprout effect upon returning, inflicting 40% of Collei’s ATK as Dendro DMG to nearby opponents for 3s. - From the time you use Floral Brush until this instance of the Sprout effect ends, if any of your party members trigger Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Sprout effect will be extended for 3 seconds.
- The Sprout effect can only be extended this way once. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.
- Requires you to have unlocked the Floral Sidewinder passive skill.
summer perfume
- Increases floral brush level by 3.
- Maximum upgrade level increased to 15.
gift of the woods
- Using Trump-Card Kitty will increase the Elemental Mastery of all nearby characters by 60 for 12 seconds (not including Collei herself).
All embers
- Increases the level of Trump-Card Kitty by 3.
- Maximum upgrade level increased to 15.
Forest of falling arrows
- When the Floral Ring hits, it will create a miniature Cuilein-Anbar that deals 200% of Collei’s ATK as Dendro DMG.
- Each floral brush can only create one miniature Cuilein-Anbar.
