resume Inc. announced the opening of its experience center (a.k.a X Hub) in Kuala Lumpur. The flagship store was created through a partnership with Malaysian tech retailer Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd and aims to provide a seamless online and offline (O2O) experiential retail experience for its customers.
So what’s the problem?
Well, for starters, the X-Hub unifies the retail experience in the Southeast Asia region by connecting 82 online stores spread across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines (Thailand and Vietnam will soon follow in March).
Customers can personally interact with a team of dedicated experts stationed at the X-Hub, known as HP Live Advisors, via live video calls or chats in their language of choice and even join live streams on the latest HP products. All of this can be done in HP’s Virtual Showroom here.
Enough talk online, what about offline?
Customers visiting the X-Hub’s physical store in Malaysia can experience “Test Drive” stations that mimic scenarios that show what it would be like if you purchased the product and used it.
The hub offers a wide range of products to test, such as:
- Premium – High-end consumer devices
- Gaming – Laptops, Desktops and Monitors
- Commercial – Professional grade devices
- Printing – Printing at home and in the office
Additionally, customers can even grab a cup of coffee from the cafe located in the hub while accessing personalization services – custom engraving, printing, and repair drop-off area.
If you want to take a look at HP’s flagship X-Hub store, you can visit them on level 4 of Bukit Jalil Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. Alternatively, you can speak to HP’s live advisors online here.
