Open sale for Samsung Galaxy S22 starts in India on March 11


South Korean tech giant Samsung has announced that the open sale of its new flagship Galaxy S22 will start on March 11 in India. The vanilla Samsung Galaxy S22 starts at Rs 72,999 ($980), while the Plus can be had for at least Rs 84,999 ($1,140). The Galaxy S22 Ultra costs either Rs 110,999 (just under $1,500) or Rs 118,999 (just under $1,600), depending on storage choice. According to GSM Arena, Indian users will get the Snapdragon-powered variants and not the Exynos 2200-powered ones, for the first time since Samsung started splitting chipsets into different markets.
